Retro Fitness - Manager Review from New York, New York

The manager hear is one of the most disrespectful person I have ever came across. If your not in his small click then you are nothing but a membership fee. He talk down to the costumers and soon. He talk bad about the zumba classes and but his spin classes above everything. Last but no least. When i ask why the movie room was no longer he said that spin was more important and maybe if i did a few spin classes i could lose some weight.

Retro Fitness Manager Review

Worst customer service. Very poor quality in everything. They are cheaters, will tell you 60 day cancellation and will still charge you after which makes no sense. General manager should not be working there. Very bad attitude and does not know how to handle situations. She is not ready for this position. Do not sign up to retro worst experience ever.
