I called The Long Branch location early this morning because I was concerned after reading my bank statement and seeing that I was charged 3 times in 2 days. I then called the front desk at Long Branch and was met with probably one of the most unprofessional angry employees that I've been forced to deal with in a while.....
now I am not free from Fault here because the conversation grew heated when we both started trying to talk over each other. The employee would not give me her name or the manager's name that I would call to resolve the issue. If this is the type of professionalism that I'll have to deal with in your gyms I'm not confident that I will ever workout in a retro again. I eagerly await a phone call so that we can at the very least resolve all of the immaturity from this morning.
