I was invited for a "free" personal training session on my birthday and the person at the gym ended up "selling" me a package for personal training. I was not explained the process to cancel the package.

The next day (which was within the 3 days of cancellation) I called in to cancel the package, I was told to contact the "customer service". When I called the customer service, I waited on the phone for 35 minutes!! After which, customer service tells me to mail a "certified letter" to cancel the contract.

It was a very very frustrating experience!

While it took a few seconds for Retro to put in my contract and sell it to me, it was a REAL ORDEAL to cancel it. While I am writing this review, I am on hold with the customer service for 40 mts AFTER mailing the letter since they need the "TRACKING NUMBER" for the letter.

For lack of words to describe the experience, I would NEVER recommend Retro for any kind of contract unless you completely understand the process of cancellation which they NEVER explain when they put in the contract!

VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!

TECHNICALLY THIS IS A CONSUMER FRAUD!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
